This extension allows users to search for keywords in videos, and view all timestamps that it appears if captions are available. Youtube Captions Searcher

Ever wanted to know where in a video a keyword occurs? Remember the lyrics to a song but forgot which part it appears? Enter the handy Youtube Captions Searcher. Now, you can just search for your keywords, and every place they occur will be highlighted directly on the Youtube timeline, giving you easy access to quickly jump to the part of a video that matters to you.

How to use:
1. Visit youtube.com/your-video
2. Youtube Captions Searcher icon will appear in your browser URL entry bar (see screenshot)
3. Click on it -> Type in your search (exact match) -> Click 'Search Captions'
4. Results (if available) show up as blue timestamps in the video timeline (see screenshot)

FAQ:
1. Is the search team case sensitive?
Ans: Yes, only exact matches are displayed.

2. I can hear the word, but my search doesn't display any values!?
Ans: There can be a few reasons for this:
a. This video does not have captions supported (the 'CC' button is missing)
b. The search term provided is not an exact match

3. I see a sad emoji after searching. What does this mean?
Ans: This means we couldn't find any valid matches for your search term for this video

4. I see a cross emoji after searching. What does this mean?
Ans: This means this video does not support captions, and hence we do not support search
