Overrides the new tab with WBR_K's Launcher.

This add-on adds a new "New Tab" for users that like a clean New Tab. This add-on only adds a search bar and animation that can be turned off by the user.

Permissions:
WBR_K's Launcher will ask for notification permission to send some feedback when you update settings.
