This add-on allows you to stop seeing comments and posts by people of your choice at vk.com

After installing the add-on, you will need to go to the settings menu at vk.com. The panel on the right will have an additional button for add-on-specific options. Clicking it will open the options menu for the add-on, including the option to select ban candidates.

Notes: the banlist for this add-on is independent from the one VK has.
