Makes medium usable.

Medium posts automatically direct to a backend that minifies the post trying to reduce it to only it's content skipping all the JS and whatnot. The backend caches the posts to a certain degree, so that the loading performance is much better than on medium pages. Paid (locked) posts are not supported.
