Provides ability to stick some state tabs to tab bar edges automatically, for Tree Style Tab.

TST 4.0 and later has ability to stick arbitrary tabs to tab bar edges manually via a tab context menu command or a keyboard shortcut. This helper addon sticks some state tabs automatically: active tabs, sound playing tabs, and tabs sharing camera/microphone/screen.

This depends on TST 4.0 and later.
