Blocks tracking IDs from URLs (fbclid, utm_*, etc.). By-passes redirect pages (links in GMail, Hangouts, YouTube etc.), which are used for tracking too.

Current version removes these URL parameters:

• fbclid (Facebook)
• gclid (Google)
• igshid (Instagram)
• utm_* (various analytics tools like Google Analytics)

By-passes page and skips straight to the target site on:

• www.google.com/url
• www.youtube.com/redirect
