Manages open tabs by closing forgotten ones and freeing system resources.

Totally configurabe!

Runns every X Minutes or with dynamic timing (more tabs = shorter intervals)
In every run it can
* close the oldest tab
* close all idle "New Tabs"
* discard some tabs to free system resources
