Stops requests from public sites to local sites (Private Network Access).

Checks the origin (requestor’s) URL’s IP address and the requested URL’s IP address of each HTTP request. Blocks the request if they do not match, and the origin IP address is not private (RFC 1918 is one of the criteria), and the requested IP address is.
