Removes audio ads on Spotify™ Web Player made by Tomer

This makes it so Spotify's ads are blocked and it wouldn't interrupt your flow.
This is against the Spotify TOS.
This is a port from the Chrome Web Store to Firefox.
Warning: The addon/extension may say "unable to block ads" please wait for it to work or reload the page.
