Adds a new input field to RT to add an asset by name

This extension is a QoL extension to use with the ticket tracking system RT. Normally, RT only allows you to link an asset to a ticket by its system-generated UID, but this is generally not a human-friendly number. This extension lets you additionally search by the human-friendly name of an asset.
