Allows you to popout the roll20 map to a separate window.

When entering the Roll20 VTT environment, the map environment will be duplicated in a second, popup window, allowing for a fullscreen map on a second screen (for example for a table-integrated display).

Changes done on the original map are mirrored to the popout map.
