Repeatedly scroll a page, reloading the page when the bottom is reached.

This extension adds a toolbar button. Once clicked, the current page starts to scroll. When the page reaches the bottom, the page is reloaded and scrolling resumes. Clicking the button again stops the scrolling.

Use cases include:
- repeatedly showing sports event results
- information panels
