To combine them, use VLC Media Player
Media->Open multiple files [Ctrl+Shift+O]
Add the video file [Drag and Drop works]
Tick the "Show more options" box
Tick the "Play another media synchronously (extra audio file etc,...)" box
Add the audio file [Drag and Drop works]
Drop down Play -> Convert [Alt+O]
Profile : H.264 MP4+MP3, wrench settings->Video codec->Keep original video track and similarly, keep original audio track [Now this profile has been saved to keep original bitrates]
Choose the Destination File Name and Start.
