This extension block all the bad sites that are contributed by me and the community

I want to block all the bad sites that are well known to me or at least someone else so i wrote this and go out promote it. The extension should be oppinionated and doesn't have to block all the sites because we got Cloudflare family and Google SafeSearch for that.
