Allows to manage the mute state of a group (or all) tabs to only keep the currently focused one of the group unmuted and mute the others. Quick-Change via Toolbar Button and permanent ex/inclusion via preferences

Quick Start Instructions:

1. click the toolbar button to allow tabs to retain their mute state when they lose focus
   
2. use the black/whitelist in the preferences to automatically apply mute states
3. note: Manual Mode (context menu on toolbar button) inverts the default behaviour, meaning all tabs will be unmanaged initally and will need to be added manually via the toolbar button to the group of managed tabs
