Replaces Kick Chat with one that also bridges Twitch

Connect a Kick streamer with their Twitch page in order to view both chats at the same time if they are on both platforms. This is pretty much a hack for when a streamer doesn't use a bot or other solution to link both chats already. Currently does not support some essential features like Emojis or Replying.
