Automatically downloads files from IMSLP without the 15 second delay IMSLP Auto Downloader

IMSLP began requiring a subscription-based membership in early 2016. This add-on will remove the 15 second wait necessary to download a file. This add-on does NOT download membership-only newly-uploaded scores and parts. It only removes the 15 second wait of older files.
