Adds a banner to remind to reply all when there are multiple email recipients.

When an email in Gmail has multiple recipients, a red banner will display at the top of the page when you go to reply that reminds you to hit reply all if necessary. This will help you avoid sending an email to only the original sender and leaving out other recipients and CC'd people.
