Show security indicators in the omnibar for post-EV safer surfing.

SafeSurf shows you the now missing extended validation indicator in the omnibar. It was created for our own staff members to have an easy way of checking whether or not a site belongs to us or not. SafeSurf was quickly updated to check for EV certificates and other factors to determine the authenticity of a website and is now available to the public as an early version.
