Kodular toolbar tweaks, focus on what you are doing!

You have 3 options, the following ones:
1. No-toolbar mode: hides the two toolbars
2. Focus mode: hides only the upper navigation menu
3. Stop: revert everything to default

For now, the extension just works, without any styling. It will be added in further updates.
