Replaces both 'Marco Rubio' and 'Jeb Bush' with 'Florida Man', replaces 'Florida Man' with either 'Jeb Bush' or 'Marco Rubio' at random. Does the same with their wives and 'Florida Woman'.

It says "It requires your permission to: Access your data for all websites" because that's how it reads webpages to determine if there's anything to replace. It doesn't send anything anywhere. I don't think you're that interesting.
