Adds Dracula colour scheme to Hacker News and improves comment UI.

This addon sets Hacker News' colour theme to Dracula.
The comment/thread UI is also improved, with vertical lines simplifying the indentation of comments. The topmost comment has a purple line, while all child comments have blue.
