Disables the next-button and scroll functionality for YouTube Shorts

When viewing a YouTube Short, the navigation arrows and Shorts queue will be removed and scrolling will become impossible. This makes it so you can't get hooked into scrolling through many random shorts that you didn't want to look at in the first place.
