Adds DuckDuckGo HTML as a search engine for a non-JavaScript experience

For users with JavaScript disabled (e.g. NoScript), searching with DuckDuckGo redirects to its HTML-only site. This add-on avoids the redirects by calling that URL directly, with the option to become the default search engine.
