Sort new and existing bookmarks in the toolbar by their domain names.

Bookmarks by domains in toolbar sort bookmarks into domain named folders in the bookmark toolbar.

Current features are:

• Import existing bookmarks into the toolbar from the option page
• Automatically sort bookmarks on creation into the toolbar
