Replaces video resolution in CHZZK to 1080p when 480p is chosen

Viewing 1080p video directly is disabled for Windows machines.
If you install this, 1080p video will be displayed when you set it to 480p.
The plugin does not collect any, I mean zero, data from your computer.
You can verify it yourself since it contains less than 10 lines of code.
