Super CSP Extension 1000 is a browser extension aimed to assist IBM support agents quickly respond to IBM Salesforce cases using saved responses.

Overtime support agents accumulate various responses which are similar but must be retrieved each time which becomes tedious and tiresome.

These responses may vary by language, severity and case progression.

Our motivation is to speed up collecting and modifying these responses so engineers can move onto more important tasks.

Key features:

• Generate and populate dynamic response templates based on case details such as severity, language and case progression.
• Quick insert of templates into Feed V2 using the 'Respond Now' button on Feed V2
• Able to edit and save templates for future use
• Import and export templates to share templates
